Dr. James Park earned his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Dong-A University, South Korea, in 1999. He subsequently obtained a Master's degree in Physical Education (Exercise Physiology) and a Ph.D. in Science (Sports Medicine) from the same university. While working as an adjunct professor at a university, Dr. James Park developed a deep interest in the field of exercise rehabilitation. He later enrolled in and graduated from the Department of Physical Therapy at Busan Catholic University, earning his second Bachelor's degree. After obtaining his physical therapist license, Dr. James Park worked as a physical therapist in a hospital. Driven by his passion to further expand his medical knowledge, he enrolled in medical school again and eventually earned both his second Master's degree in Medicine and a Ph.D. in Medicine (Rehabilitation Medicine) from Pusan National University School of Medicine.

He has been actively involved in the field of sports rehabilitation, and in 2020, he served as the Strength Director for Korea's NC Dinos baseball team, playing a key role in the team's championship victory in the Korean Series. After learning the DNS courses, his approach to exercise rehabilitation underwent significant changes. As both a DNS Practitioner and DNS Exercise Trainer, he has been instrumental in introducing the DNS concept and philosophy to Korea. He has also worked as a DNS education organizer in Korea for several years and, in 2020, founded the "DNS Research Institute" at his university, where he has been conducting extensive DNS research. His first research paper, 'The Effects of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability Exercise on Scoliosis and Pain Control in Youth Baseball Players', marked the beginning of his academic contributions, with 1-2 DNS research papers published in journals annually. Additionally, he established an Exercise Rehabilitation Center at the university, where he personally provides rehabilitation therapy for patients and athletes.

Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Sports Rehabilitation at Busan University of Foreign Studies and lives with his family in Busan, South Korea.
